mary Carl

Mary’s passion for design began at just 15, when she started working in her father’s design studio and furniture store. She went on to study at Alexandria for Interior Design and gained early experience interning out east before moving to Minneapolis. Over the years, Mary has held leadership roles in furniture stores, where she discovered her true love—helping clients find the perfect furniture to fit their homes and lifestyles.

Beyond her career, Mary is deeply involved in her community. She actively supports numerous fundraisers, enjoys event planning, and once even hosted her own cooking show on cable. Her creativity, leadership, and love for people shine through in everything she does.

Morgan hughes

Morgan’s path has never been a straight line—she’s a true jill of all trades with a knack for solving problems of every shape and size. With a background in chemistry, Morgan first built her career in the sciences before moving into the design world to work alongside her father and support the business. Today, she runs the operations behind the scenes, keeping projects and people moving smoothly with her sharp mind and steady hand.

Problem-solving is at the heart of everything Morgan does, whether she’s streamlining company processes, navigating challenges for clients, or tackling a new project at home. In her spare time, she’s (slowly but surely) renovating her house, typically juggling a tool in one hand and a ‘helpful’ German Shepard in the other.
